SatNav Launch Laptop Application

SatNav Technologies have launched a new programme offering satellite navigation on laptops . SatGuide is to be released in India and is the first navigation software for laptops and desktops . The IT company has led the way in introducing GPS in India and is now set to offer customers navigation coverage of all of India’s major cities through the application’s ‘One India’ map.

SatNav Technologies claim that there has been significant demand for such a product in India, especially from visiting foreign businessmen who aren’t familiar with the environment . However, with the navigation facility offered by numerous websites across the internet, including Google Maps, it remains to be seen if SatGuide will take off.
