Mobile network operator
Orange has announced that it is to add two new
laptops to its
mobile broadband range. Orange currently offers the
Asus 901 Eee
PC for free when customers take out their mobile
broadband package, costing £25 per month; though they are currently out of stock of this model. However, the telecommunications company have now added the
Hewlett Packard Compaq Mini 700 and the
Toshiba L300 to its selection of laptops.
The HP Compaq Mini 700 is available for £30 a month, whereas the Toshiba L300 will set you back £35 a month over the duration of the contract. Both
notebooks are accompanied by 3 gigabytes of data allowance per month over the 24 month deal.
The HP
laptop has a 10 inch display, a 1.6 gigahertz Atom CPU, 1 gigabyte of
memory and a 60 gigabyte
hard disk drive . The L300 meanwhile, has a larger 15.4 inch screen, 1 gigabyte of memory, a 160 gigabyte hard disk drive, a
webcam and is powered by an
Intel Dual Core 1.73 gigahertz CPU.
Alternatively, customers may take out the
mobile broadband dongle only package, for £14.68 a month.
