Mobile phone network 3 has today added three more
laptops to its selection of ‘free’ laptops when customers take out a
broadband bundle deal. The three
notebooks are the
Samsung NC10
netbook, the
Acer 751
notebook and the Samsung R519 laptop. The
laptop PCs are free when customers take out the 3
mobile broadband and laptop plan, costing £30 a month over an 18 month contract.
The package gives customers access to 3’s UK
mobile broadband, with broadband speeds of up to 3.6MB. The monthly data allowance of 5GB gives customers the capacity to send up to 5,000 emails a month, 50 hours of web usage, and additional download capacities. The package also includes a free ZTE MF627 USB modem stick, with a 14 day money back guarantee.
The new Samsung NC10 netbook is a lightweight netbook with extended battery life. The netbook has an
Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, a 160GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, a 10 inch screen and runs on
Microsoft Windows XP Home. Retailing at £300, the
computer is the newest of the three additions.
