Acer Launched 3D Laptop

Acer has launched a new laptop with 3D multimedia viewing capabilities. The high tech new notebook is the latest model in Acer’s Aspire series, and comes equipped with a special high definition screen and software enabling users to watch 3D multimedia. Users must wear special glasses which come with the PC to view 3D material.

The Acer Aspire 5738DG laptop has a 15.6 inch screen with a 1366x768 resolution that is coated with a layer of film making it possible to enhance 2D viewing and offer users a 3D image. More functional operations such as documents, emails and spreadsheets can still be performed in a standard viewing mode.

The computer will retail from $780 and have Microsoft Windows 7 in-built. It will also have a 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 processor, as well as the Intel PM45 Express mobile chipset. The laptop will boast a 320GB hard drive, 415MB of dedicated memory, 4GB of system memory, as well as a DVD player and integrated DVD player and WiFi .

An Acer Aspire 5738PG laptop will also be available, allowing users to take advantage of the new interactive technology of Windows 7.
