Zoostorm’s 7873-9045 laptop is great for people looking for a computer that is both powerful and inexpensive.

This is according to IT Pro Portal, which reports the model – also known as the Pink laptop – boasts an Intel Core i5-3230M processor running at 2.6GHz, plus a turbo that clocks at 3.2GHz with 3MB cache.

Now retailing at just £399 from Ebuyer, the news provider says the computer offers some of the best value on the market and is a step up from the device Zoostorm rolled out in December 2012, which cost more and had a slower processor.

Other features of the Pink laptop include 16GB DDR3 random access memory spread over two DIMM slots, a 15.6-inch 1,366 by 768-pixel display, three USB ports, a 1TB hard disk drive spinning 5,400 revolutions per minute, a card reader and HD audio.

The computer is also based on the Ivy Bridge architecture and comes with an Intel HD 4000 graphics subsystem and an Intel HM76 chipset.

One characteristic consumers might take issue with is the fact the laptop is not compatible with Windows 8 and doesn’t come with an operating system.
