Inhon introduces slimmest and lightest laptop

Inhon has launched the world’s lightest and thinnest laptop in the shape of the Blade 13 Carbon notebook.
The 13-inch device from the little-known Taiwanese manufacturer has a thickness of just 12.88 mm and weighs only 1.9lbs, a full pound lighter than market leader Apple’s flagship model, the MacBook Air.
It has yet to be announced when the computer will be released overseas from Taiwan, but currently it is retailing in its home country at a massive $1,350 (£886).
However, after taking into account the laptop’s specifications, it’s clear to see why Inhon are charging such a high sum for the Blade 13 Carbon. As well as running the Windows 8 operating system, it also comes with a 1,080-pixel high definition screen and Intel i5 or i7 processors.
Furthermore, consumers are likely to be impressed by the fact it can take 4GB of random access memory and 256GB of SSD storage.
Those with a tighter budget might be more interested in the cheaper alternative of the laptop, which costs $1,000 but is heavier at 2.6lbs.
