Surface Pro can be a good option for drawing, sketching and handwritten notes when used with a compatible Surface Pen. The touchscreen and pen support make it useful for marking up documents, creating artwork and taking notes.
Check that the specific Surface Pro model supports your preferred pen and that the pen is included or purchased separately.
