Google Nexus 7 to feature 3G?

The Google Nexus 7 won over support by concentrating on power and value and stripping off a number of features, often taken for granted.

Even though it costs as little as £159, it did mean that storage space was limited, there was no rear-facing camera and, most painfully, there was no 3G support. However, it seems like 3G support will soon be featured.

It seems that Asus are working on a new model of the tablet that will boast 3G connectivity. However, the good news stops there as there are no other expected hardware changes.

It is likely that the new updated device will be here before Christmas, in order to compete against the likes of Amazon’s Kindle Fire.
