Adobe Flash player returns to Android store

Adobe have overturned a decision to remove their Flash player from Google’s Android app store.

The Flash player was originally withdrawn from the Android app store due to development of the code being halted. However, strategic UK partners have ensured that Adobe make the Flash player avaliable on Google’s Android app store.

However, Adobe Flash player will only be avaliable in the UK for a short period of time. At the same time a date has not yet been set to suggest when the Adobe Flash player will be removed from Google Play.

What this certainly ensures is that Adobe Flash Player is only certified to work with Android version 4.0.x and will not work with any future updates.
