Facebook to lose technology chief, Bret Taylor


It has come to the attention of laptops.co.uk that the chief technology officer, Bret Taylor, will be leaving the social network website Facebook in the next few weeks in order to start up his own company.

This has occurred after Facebook floated part of the company on the Nasdaq stock exchange which resulted in many of Facebook’s employees becoming millionaries almost instantly.

Nonetheless, the company is being sued by shareholders who argue that Facebook’s grwoth figures were not shared with all investors prior to the move to float part of the company.

However, a Facebook offical declared that they had complied with the rules, either way, however, it seems that Facebook will be losing their technology chief in the next few weeks.
